Joining the ‘Commanders Palace’ family of eateries, SoBou offers a “cutting edge” cocktail program led by Bar Chef Abigail Gullo, and an exciting array of local dishes created by Executive Chef Juan Carlos Gonzalez.
Calling to mind a modern day Creole Saloon, SoBou is open 24/7, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, and most notably offering self-serve beer and wine machines.
SouBou just recently celebrated the opening of its doors on June 25th. It is located in the posh ‘W New Orleans Hotel – French Quarter’.
