Chef Thomas Robey, who attended Johnson and Wales University for Culinary Arts, has found a new home at Tujague’s, the second-oldest restaurant in New Orleans.
Chef Robey joined the Commander’s Palace family in 1991 where he opened Foodies Kitchen and Commander’s Palace-Las Vegas. He also served as Executive Chef at the Verdana on Highland in Birmingham, Alabama for five years.
