Vieux Carré Cocktail

The Carousel Bar in the Hotel Monteleone lures guests in to take a spin on the 25-seat, bright circus-clad Merry-Go-Round. It’s the only carousel you have to be 21 years of age to ride!

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz. Benedictine
• ¼ oz. Cognac
• ½ oz. Sazerac Rye
• ¼ oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 3 drops Angostura Bitters
• 3 drops Peychaud Bitters

Instructions:

1. Place ingredients over ice and garnish with a twist of lemon.
