For more than fourteen years, Byblos on Metairie Road has been a local favorite for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food served with the occasional New Orleans twist. Today, you can get your Byblos fix at three convenient locations: the longtime flagship in Old Metairie, in Elmwood on Clearview, and on Harrison Avenue in Lakeview. They’re all great. Seriously, you can’t go wrong when you go to Byblos.

The menu brings together Greek, Lebanese and coastal Mediterranean favorites, with plenty of fresh vegetables, herbs and spices. Choose from classic plates and salads, hearty sandwiches, generously stuffed wraps and other dishes that have made Byblos a go-to for generations of New Orleans-area diners.

Casual, welcoming and easygoing, Byblos is just as good for a quick lunch as it is for dinner with family and friends. Add a glass of wine, a cocktail or a cold beer, and you’ve got an easy way to enjoy the bright, satisfying flavors of the Mediterranean without going far from home.

Byblos’ spacious Garden District location is available for private parties and events, with an entire second floor accommodating up to 100 guests for a reception or 65 for a seated dinner. The second floor features classic New Orleans architecture, including bright, gorgeous full-length windows overlooking bustling Magazine Street, exposed brick, and a winding staircase.

Parties of up to 500 may buy out both floors of the restaurant, with custom prix fixe menus available, along with music, entertainment and floral arrangements at your request.

Banquet Facilities:
The 1st and 2nd floor are available for buy-out receptions accommodating up to 500 reception-style.
