Chef Andrea - Andrea's RestaurantAndrea's cuisine is Northern Italian with fresh seafood -- menu selections are varied. According to Andrea, if he can't serve it fresh, he won't serve it. His kitchen makes its own pasta, bread and pastries, even mozzarella and cacciota cheese. Fresh herbs are a must, as are the best cheeses Italy has to offer.

With advance notice, Chef Andrea will prepare your favorite dish or a favorite menu item for you or your special guests. Andrea's also features low-cholesterol, heart healthy, and vegetarian dishes.
